
Our Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued under specific conditions as outlined below.
- All refund requests must be made in writing to [insert contact email].
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
2. Recording & Production Services
- Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee.
- No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction: If a client is unsatisfied with the final product, we will offer one round of minor revisions at no additional cost. Refunds are not granted after the final delivery.
3. Music Lessons & Workshops
- Cancellations: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a 25% processing fee.
- Missed Lessons: Missed lessons without prior notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
4. Digital Products & Merchandise
- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Physical Merchandise: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Customers must request a return within 14 days of receipt and provide proof of damage.
5. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied retroactively or refunded.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
NuSound Studioz reserves the right to review and process refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If an error occurs on our end, we will make every effort to rectify the issue fairly.
